Christian Life Coaching
Clarity. Perspective. Truth.
In the midst of real life
If you’re walking through a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, just trying to get through the week, or navigating challenging conversations—the voices in our heads can start to take over.
Even if we’re praying and reading His Word, the voices of fear, doubt, worry and judgment in our own minds can still be quite loud—and often believable. And those thoughts are anything but helpful. Unpacking what’s in our minds and talking it through begins to create space for clarity, truth, and a different perspective.
While I bring years of experience in leadership, education, coaching, and consulting, what truly shapes how I show up is my faith in God and my relationship with Jesus. It’s what has carried me through very difficult seasons—and how I’ve experienced a peace that truly surpasses understanding.
How we begin to see things differently
What I’ve learned—and continue to practice—is that how we think about our circumstances, the conversations in our minds, and the questions we ask ourselves are powerful. And when we bring God into that, everything begins to shift.
Will we let fear, doubt, and worry take over our thoughts—or will we anchor ourselves in who God is and what He promises?
That doesn’t mean we skip joyfully through the hard parts of life. But it does mean we can walk through them with trust and grace.
What this looks like
Unlike counseling, which may address more serious mental health concerns, or traditional coaching, which focuses on goals and accountability, our work begins with what is happening in your life right now.
Together, we will pause and lean into the present moment of your life—walking through what’s been circling in your mind and creating space for thoughts that are more helpful. This often touches different areas of life—from work and relationships to family and health.
We will look at what’s actually going on and consider how God may see the situation—and how He sees you—so you can begin to move forward with greater clarity and perspective.
